• Property & Contact Info: Phone numbers, property addresses, and photos provided when creating a listing.
• Technical Metrics: Non-sensitive session cookies and page interaction counters to ensure platform security.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

• Peer Verification: Identity documents are reviewed strictly to confirm student or corporate status.
• Contact Facilitation: Telephone numbers are disclosed only to authenticated and verified users.
• Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or telephone numbers to third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or advertisers.

3. Document Storage & Security

All uploaded identification documents are stored using encrypted cloud storage mechanisms. Documents submitted for manual review are accessed solely by authorized platform administrators and are treated with strict confidentiality.

4. Right to Erasure & Data Access

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to request access to your stored data or request complete account deletion. To request full deletion of your account, phone number, and uploaded verification files, email us at admin@trueflats.in. All associated records will be purged within statutory timelines.
